How zeroQu works

Registration

Registration/ Logging In - A simple log-in to an existing account or registration of a new account through simple, easy to understand steps in order to access zeroQu features.


Organisation

Creating an organization – Elections are managed by an organization. Therefore the very first step would be to register your organization on the system.


Create an Election

Creating an Election – After the organization is registered, you will be able to proceed and create an election under that organization. Here you will set the date for the election and the period the election will run for.


Create Positions

Creating Election Positions – Here you will be able to create the various positions that will be vied for in the election. Example, Chairman, Treasurer, Etc.


Allocate Candidates

Allocating candidates – After the creations of the various positions to be contended for, you will now allocate the candidates to the specific positions they are vying for.


Invite Voters

Inviting Voters – When all that is done, you can now invite voters who will participate in the election. This can be done through uploading an excel file containing email addresses of the voters.


Viewing Results

Viewing Results – After the election period expires, the system will automatically generate the results in a graphical way.


Finally

Printing Results – The system allows you to print the results, which can then be signed by the candidates as an acknowledgement of the election results.
